Excellent service. This company furnished exactly what they promised: next day delivery and pre-delivery information. Thoroughly recommended.

When my 6 year-old Seiko started losing time at night I looked at the cost of repair and it would be about £100, so I thought that perhaps it would be best to replace it seeing that it had been very reliable and had had a very tough life.  So I looked at some websites for the cost of a replacement and came across MOORES.  Not only did they list the same type as my old one (which was what I wanted) they had it in stock; it was a very good price and would be dispatched free the next working day.  Wonderful!  So I ordered one - True to their word the watch arrived by special delivery the following morning - what more could I ask.  Thank you very much MOORES - Good website, plenty of choice, and the right item, enough detail and easy to look at, easy ordering and very fast delivery, and all that from a REAL jeweller not a multi store.  I love my new watch - the fifth Seiko in about thirty years (I am rather demanding of a watch and lead them a tough life) and I would definitely recommend MOORES and would use them again.

I have just received a Tissot Visodate for my husband. He has many watches and was a little nervous because this is a 'cheaper' watch, but irrespective of the brand, the service was equal with any high end AD I have ever dealt with. I forgot to add a voucher code at the time of order, contacted you the following day and the discount was applied within the hour. Give yourselves a pat on the back. Talking about back - I will be!

Just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the way this order was processed. I've never had such speedy delivery: ordered on Friday after hours, got notified on Saturday that my watch was shipped, and reveived it on Tuesday in the Netherlands - despite the Easter holidays! Absolutely great service.

The watch is great, I couldn't be happier with it. Price was the lowest I could find on the net. I will definately check out your website should my watch addiction kick in again.
