Delivery & Returns

Moores Jewellers offers a FREE UK DELIVERY First Class service.  All WATCH orders will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Sign-for First Class Recorded Delivery - Special Delivery for orders above £60, Recorded Delivery for orders below £60. Delivery can be to any address as long as the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order.  All deliveries must be signed for. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we try to ensure that orders are despatched the same day / next day as we receive them. However, delivery timescales may be subject to product availability and Royal Mail, and we cannot guarantee this (but it all works perfectly 99% of the time!). All non-watch products are sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
International orders
Please note that international orders are expected to be received by customers within 2-10 working days (non-guaranteed), and we charge £8.00 for delivery to most overseas countries (this is added at the checkout). International orders are shipped by Royal Mail International, who then pass the package onto the local delivery company. We currently deliver to most European Union countries, as well as Andorra, Gibraltar, Iceland, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, South Africa, and the United States. Our secure payment system accepts a wide range of local currencies. UK Delivery's only for CK and Tissot.

RETURNS 

We offer a returns policy which we believe cannot be beaten.  We offer a full refund or exchange if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.  All we ask is that you inform us that you intend to return it within 14 days, and do so by Special Delivery. The returned goods must be unworn and in a resalable state, with their original box, packaging and accessories. Any refund that is due to a manufacturer's fault or other defect, will include a full refund of any postage costs you incur. Please note that we reserve the right to withdraw this returns policy if we believe the customer has not acted in good faith. Please note for any specially-ordered items where we have specially arranged the order with our suppliers, we can only offer exchanges on returns.

 

Please note that unfortunately we are not allowed to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons
